About Alex

Alexandra (Alex) has over 15 years’ experience in management and leadership, gained both in New Zealand and Australia. Working within the emergency management sector for over a decade, specialising in planning; welfare/relief & community resilience; and infrastructure resilience, Alex has been an emergency management mentor and coach alongside her management roles and teaches coaching on an International Coaching Community (ICC) accredited teaching programme. Alex is also a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, supporting individuals, teams, and organisations through change.
