Alexandra (Alex) has over 15 years’ experience in management and leadership, gained both in New Zealand and Australia. Working within the emergency management sector for over a decade, Alex has been an emergency management mentor and coach alongside her management roles and teaches coaching on an International Coaching Community (ICC) accredited teaching programme.
